Jeff Dardis — Vice President

Jeff Dardis

Jeff Dardis serves as the President-Elect for the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin chapter. He is a senior public relations strategist at Bethesda Lutheran Communities, an organization that provides homes and other services for people with developmental disabilities across the United States. In this role he prepares and executes integrated public relations strategies through both new media and traditional channels including digital, social media, online communities and experiential/event based initiatives. He also participates in the development of public relations plans tied to strategic marketing and brand initiatives that promote Bethesda’s services, sites and programs. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from UW-Milwaukee. Ryan Amundson — President

Ryan Amundson

Ryan Amundson is serving at President for the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter. Ryan has worked in public relations at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino since 2006, managing the department since September of 2016. In his role, Ryan oversees the  property’s media relations, public affairs and social responsibility efforts. Prior to that, he was a reporter and editor with The Freeman newspaper in Waukesha. Katharine Foley — Membership Chair

Katharine Foley

Katharine Foley is the Membership Chair for the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter. Katharine is a PR Advisor at Kane Communications Group. Her responsibilities include supporting the firm’s client teams by drafting and editing communications material, managing media relations efforts and providing strategic counsel. She has international experience working at an agency in Buenos Aires, Argentina and spending a year abroad in Honduras.

Christine Dunbeck — Treasurer

Christine Dunbeck

Christine Dunbeck is honored to serve as the treasurer for the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter. Christine is the Marketing Manager at MARS Solutions Group, where she focuses on building and executing scalable communications strategies for the company’s two main business areas, high quality IT and engineering talent recruitment as well as software development and deployment. Prior to MARS, Christine worked in the nonprofit, technology, and SaaS sectors. Patrick McSweeney, APR, Fellow PRSA, 

Patrick McSweeney, APR, Fellow PRSA,  serves as past president of the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter. He has been involved in PRSA for more than two decades. After earning a Journalism degree from The Ohio State University, he worked as a reporter, editor, producer and anchor at newspapers, radio and TV stations in Ohio and Florida before transitioning to PR. During the past 20+ years he has served as the spokesperson for a government agency in Florida and worked with well-known automotive, high tech, retail brands, vacation destinations and others. Katrina Schwarz

Katrina Schwarz serves as Community Service Director for the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter. She works at National Fluid Power Association as the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, where she handles all things social media, media relations, communications, and marketing strategy. Allison Kucek

Allison Kucek serves as Director, Social and PR Palooza for the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter. Allison works as an Account Manager for Trefoil Group where she is responsible for the design, management and execution of strategic, integrated marketing programs for clients in B2B and B2C industries. Carolyn Schamberger, APR — Director at Large

Carolyn Schamberger, APR

Carolyn Schamberger, APR is serving as the Midwest Delegate and Ethics Offer for the PRSA Southeastern Chapter.  She is currently the executive director of national PR field operations for Verizon, leading external communications for the company’s consumer business across all of the organization’s national markets, overseeing PR strategy, planning and execution. In addition to corporate life at Verizon, Carolyn’s diverse background includes experience in both agency and media settings.  She was one the founding partners of Core Creative in Milwaukee, and also served as a reporter for both the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and The La Crosse Tribune. Carolyn holds a BS in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Nicole Koremenos

Nicole Koremenos serves at the Marketing Director for the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin chapter. Nicole is a PR Account Supervisor at Nelson Schmidt, Inc. where she oversees media relations for several global B2B clients. Steph Graham — Secretary

Steph Graham

Steph Graham serves as the secretary for the PRSA Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter.  She works full-time as the PR Manager at Steinhafels Furniture. In her role, she leads the company’s efforts in telling its story through blogging, social media, special events, and community outreach. In addition, she occasionally freelances as a producer and radio newscaster.
