Marlaina currently serves as the Director of Communication at Hoffman York, a leading integrated marketing agency based in Milwaukee. In her role, she spearheads the public relations and social media teams, guiding them in crafting and executing dynamic, integrated campaigns across various platforms. Before her tenure at Hoffman York, Marlaina worked at Cramer-Krasselt, where she was the Public Relations and Social Media Director. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies, integrated campaigns, and crisis communications for a diverse portfolio of brands, including the Montana Office of Tourism, Kohl’s Department Stores, Benihana, Spice Islands, and Wahl Home Products. Marlaina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Colorado State University and has also earned a Master’s in Business Administration.
