Join fellow senior PRSA practitioners and Jim Bohn, Phd, founder of ProAxios Research (and published author of five books about leadership and organizational transformation) for a casual conversation over coffee about the challenges, opportunities and successful engagement of our younger counterparts – the 
millennials.
He will share over four decades of managerial wisdom to provide insight into how to hire, manage and excite millennials to create the conditions necessary for organizational success. He will also discuss and answer questions about the challenges faced by many senior leaders working with millennials and the unique perspective and work habits they bring to the office environment.
As senior PR practitioners, we work alongside millennials every day and realize that what motivates us simply is not the same as what motivates the millennial generation when it comes to their work. Seeking to better understand and find common ground with our young counterparts, is just one aspect of this discussion.
