Having Inclusive Conversations and Creating Positive Change

In our increasingly polarized society, it’s more important than ever that we act as advocates for diversity and inclusiveness in our organizations and in our community. The ongoing protests after the tragic killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis point out how far we still need to go as a society, as well as the need to make connections and have difficult conversations.

So how do we ensure that these important issues stay top of mind for us every day – and how do we work to turn those conversations into actionable, positive change?

Join us for a panel discussion with local diversity and communications leaders to talk about how our conversations and messaging can be more inclusive, what we can do to keep the conversation moving forward, and examples of best practices in this area.
